Quality Control Circle

The company promotes employee participation in improvement projects, both for jobs, environment and safety, as well as improvements in processes and products. The best projects are awarded, in addition to offering educational and tourist trips to the groups.

Grow Program

Opening the Doors

This program has been in existence since 2012 and aims to open the company's doors to visits and lectures on its production process for different audiences: municipal and state schools, vocational education and undergraduate courses.

Cercena School of Learning

With the aim of professionally qualifying young people for the job market, Cercena, in partnership with Senai Erechim, organizes the Machining Mechanics course, in the industrial learning modality. This partnership makes it possible for students to take classes both at Senai's and Cercena's laboratories, in addition to carrying out all practical activities on the company's premises. The course is offered to young people aged between 16 and 22 who are interested in qualifying in the machining sector.
